NASA Atlantis Ascent

NASA has released a music video featuring ascent highlights from Space shuttle Atlantis STS-129 mission to the International Space Station.

NASA Atlantis Ascent

Atlantis was launched on 16 November 2009 and landed again on 27 November 2009 on runway 33 at the Kennedy Space Center’s Shuttle Landing Facility. Footage is taken from cameras on each of the components of the Atlantis shuttle as it carries an ExPRESS Logistics Carrier, providing the Space Station with two spare gyroscopes, two nitrogen tank assemblies, two pump modules, an ammonia tank assembly, a spare latching end effector for the station’s robotic arm, a spare trailing umbilical system for the Mobile Transporter, and a high-pressure gas tank.
