Hulu.com, the online video channel owned by NBC Universal and News Corp, have teamed up with bad guy actor Alex Baldwin to promote the download of movies and television shows. In Huluwood, a television commercial shown during the Super Bowl 2009, Baldwin reveals Hulu’s evil plot to destroy the world, for the enjoyment of the masses.

The Huluwood spot was developed at Crispin Porter + Bogusky by creative director Andrew Keller, art director DJ Pierce, copywriter Justin Ebert and agency producer Chad Hoppenwasser.
Filming was shot by director Peter Berg (Hancock) via Pony Show Entertainment, with director of photography Tobias Schliessler, executive producers Susan Kirson and Jeffrey Frankel, and producer Fern Martin.
VFX were developed at Method Studios by CG artists Andy Lesniak, Bryant Reif, Tom MacDougall, Steve Toccaceli, Lead compositor Wensen Ho, Flame compositors Andy Davis, David Hernandez, Claus Hansen, Pierre LaQuerre, Satoshi Ozeki, Joey Bratesani, desktop compositors Robert Tatum, Chris Hunsberger, Jay Robinson, VFX producer Cara Farnsworth, VFX executive producer Robert Owens, and set supervisor David Jones.
