GE Energy Smart Bulbs
General Electric uses nature to remind us how friendly their Energy Smart bulbs are for the environment and the economy. Fireflies, flowers (a calla lily), a frog and a butterfly are each shown using or interacting with energy efficient light bulbs that use 75 % less energy. “Switching from regular incandescent to comparable GE Energy Smart bulbs saves energy, money, and in the long run, the world.”
The GE Energy Smart Bulbs campaign was developed at BBDO New York in 2006 by executive creative directors Bill Bruce and David Lubars, creative director Kara Goodrich, creative director/art director John Leu, creative director/copywriter Brad Roseberry, and photographer Billy Siegrist.
