CareerBuilder has purchased a one minute spot in the third quarter of the Super Bowl 2009, featuring frustrated employees and commuters, a dolphin and a battered koala bear, and an inane colleague wearing a speedo. It can be hard to know when you need a new job. As a rule when you hate going to work every day, your coworkers don’t respect you, you always wish you were somewhere else, you cry constantly, and you daydream of punching small animals, it may be time….

The Tips ad was developed at Wieden + Kennedy, Portland, by executive creative directors Mark Fitzloff and Susan Hoffman, creative directors Jason Bagley and Danielle Flagg, copywriter Eric Kallman, art director Craig Allen, agency producer Sarah Shapiro.

Filming was shot by director Tom Kuntz via MJZ, Los Angeles, with director of photography Bryan Newman, executive producers David Zander and Jeff Scruton, producer Scott Kaplan.

Editor was Gavin Cutler at Mackenzie Cutler.

Visual effects, titles and graphics were developed at Method Studios by Robert Moggach. Color correction was done at Company 3 by Stefan Sonnenfeld.
