Bombay Store in Mumbai, India, celebrated its 100th anniversary this year with a series of posters incorporating patterns derived from products available in the store. The posters are inspired by the Art Nouveau paintings of Austrian symbolist painter Gustav Klimt (1862 – 1918) and the psychedelic 1960s posters of Japanese graphic designer Tadanori Yokoo. The campaign won the Merit Award for Collateral Design/Posters at the One Design Show.
