Designer/art director/associate creative director Diego Zambrano (Workforfood) has started a meme around the theme of careers in advertising. The original concept shows the move from intern, designer, art director, associate creative director, executive creative director to chief creative officer. Zambrano has developed a tidy little online business, WorkForFood, selling t-shirts, mousepads, buttons and mugs for the career minded. Responses have started to appear online, including two by interactive art director Justin Watkins.
