		<description>i agree with the comment above me, if they are new they shouldn&#039;t have to ask questions how are they ment to know what dangers there are in that particular workplace?? the more experienced ones know, so its up to them to tell the young ones!!</description>

Here at my work we are involved in an organization called Our Youth At Work wich works in promoting workplace safety for youths and challenges the kids to speak up and ask questions
