Volvo Ocean Race Rush Game

RUSH, an interactive site featuring Volvo vehicles, is today’s Site of the Day. The online game is designed to promote the Volvo Ocean Race starting at Alicante, Spain on October 4, 2008.

The RUSH game is based around a rescue team that picks up a mayday message from one of the yachts with a sick crew member. They have four minutes to get from their homes to the rescue boat. In a four screen video interface you need to give the right directions to help out the team, Bengt, Carin, David and Anders.

Anders must identify hotel guests on the cliffs and repair the lighthouse. Bengt must pick them up. Carin has to find Jensen and get him to clear a tree from the road. Vehicles featured in the game are the Ocean Race versions of the Volvo V70 and XC70 and XC90.
