The Smart Car is being promoted in New Zealand as the Little Car with the Big Heart, in a print advertising campaign developed by Colenso BBDO.
“I give off less because there’s less of me”, says a Smart Car waiting at the traffic lights.
“My Mum’s a Swatch and my Dad’s a Mercedes”, says a Smart Car carried by a stork.
“I’ll take you to Wellington without stopping for a drink”, says a Smart Car travelling with camels.
The Smart Car campaign was developed at Colenso BBDO, Auckland, by executive creative director Nick Worthington, creative director Steve Cochran, art directors/copywriters Sarah Longworth and Mick Stalker.
