Sly Grog Hurts Communities
The Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor in Western Australia commissioned an advertising campaign against ‘sly grog’, a reference to alcohol sold at unlicensed outlets. These two print advertisements use a beer can and a wine cask skin in the shape of hurting human faces. People are invited to call a phone number to report illegal sale of alcohol.
The Stop Sly Grog campaign was developed at Rare Thinking, Perth, by art director Brett Wheeler, and photographer Josh Tam. Retouching was done at Electric Art.
