Sanyo in Australia is promoting Eneloop rechargeable batteries as a part of the answer to an endangered environment. By leaving a smaller carbon footprint each Eneloop rechargeable battery saves 999 disposable batteries from being manufactured.
Warning signs are shown in a range of settings, including an outback road thousands of miles away from the sea, warning of ‘rising sea levels’.
