William Rast, the clothing label founded by Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala, is undergoing a relaunch with a series of trailers, “My Name is William Rast”, featuring Justin Timberlake and Erin Wasson. The Los Angeles based company, which takes its name from the grandfathers of Timberlake and Ayala, has organised its own product placement in a series of trailers online at www.williamrastmovie.com.

The William Rast Trailers campaign was developed by creative directors Marcella and Johan Lindeberg, the couple who left their jobs at Diesel to form their own design label, J Lindeberg, and more recently their New York based design consultancy, Paris68. The Lindebergs worked with Justin Timberlake, director Jonas Akerlund, and copywriter Thomas Hayo.
Filming was shot by director/editor Jonas Åkerlund via RSA Films, Los Angeles, with directors of photography Eric Broms and Eric Sohlstrom, executive producers Jules Daly and Tracie Norfleet, producer Linda Masse, and editor Danny Tull.
Post production was done at The Chimney Pot.
