Lotto Rainbow in Vancouver

Canada’s national lottery, the Super 7, run by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, ran with a $27 million jackpot in May 2008. The prize was promoted by the BC Lottery Corporation in Vancouver with an artificial rainbow, projecting high-powered lights and colored gels into the sky above this billboard. Despite the marketing campaign in British Columbia, the pot at the end of the rainbow went to Toronto couple Doug and Liz Kinsman.
