Florette presented Vega Mayor salad as the kind of product that would be happily endorsed by animals with a desire to live long lives. “Sealed Gourmet Salads. You’ll forget about meat”. Once you get over your revulsion at the aged skin appearance in these animals, (sheep, cow, rooster and pig), you’ll appreciate their appreciation.
The Florette Animals campaign was developed at Grey Group Spain, Barcelona, by executive creative director Jürgen Krieger, creative directors Joan Mas, Jose Miguel Tortajada and Alex Martín, copywriters Aitor Borrás, Jorge Meneclier and Alberto Ramos, art directors Dani Páez, Saül Serradesanferm, Oscar Amodia, with photography and retouching done at Garrigosa Studio, Barcelona.
The Animals campaign won a Silver for outdoor at London International Awards 2008, and a Bronze Press Lion at Cannes International Advertising Festival 2008.
