FFFFOUND a Social Image Collection
FFFFOUND!, ffffound.com, is today’s Site of the Day. It’s a social networking web service that not only allows the users to post and share their favorite images found on the web, but also dynamically recommends each user’s tastes and interests for an inspirational image-bookmarking experience.

The site, established in 2007, is still in Private Beta mode, which means that registering to add images to the site is by invitation only. Each user, once registered, has only one invite to give away. However, anyone can browse and enjoy the collection being added.
Users add images to the FFFFOUND! site using a javascript-powered bookmarklet, in a similar fashion to Del.icio.us.
The site was ffffounded by Yugo Nakamura, a Japanese creative director, designer and engineer exploring various forms of interactive system in digital and networked environment. Yugo’s commercial work at Tha Ltd includes Uniqlo Grid and Softbank’s Hello, World.

Any chance to drop an invite to me? These invitations are becoming legends!
I’d love an invite as well. I’m an artist and the site never fails to pick me up out of a creative rut. It’s absolutely beautiful <3
I have no idea how to go about getting one, though, haha. Anyone have any hints?
It would be reallyyy nice if the site had an application system.
I’m in my last year of Graphic design & illustration and have been looking for ages for an invite.. I know it may be arrogant of me to do this via commenting (it’s close to spamming in a way) but if by any chance you have an invite left, could you give it to me? I’ll gladly pass on my own invitations to other designers. Thank you.
