Design Your Own Bottle for 1800 Tequila
1800 Tequila, a Proximo Spirits tequila product, is being promoted in Essential Artists, an ongoing bottle design competition. An interactive online gallery is being used to attract the designs of up-and-coming artists, from students to tattoo artists to small town fashion designers and everyone in between.
Casa Cuervo is commissioning artists from around the world to upload their work onto www.1800Tequila.com, where they can see their designs come to life on the tequila bottles, and their family, friends and any consumer can purchase these exclusive bottles. The deadline for submissions is fast approaching – December 14th.
One artist will receive a commission of $10,000 for the use of their design in the brand’s 2009 national advertising campaign, as well as nationwide distribution.
