Crackers the Clown was developed at George Patterson Y&R, Melbourne, by executive creative director Sam Mead, art director Peter Hibberd, copywriter Romani Mieszkowski and agency producer Sheridan Bott.
Filming was directed by Tim Bullock at Prodigy Films, Melbourne.
