Coastguard at Sea in New Zealand

Coastguard New Zealand is reminding New Zealand readers about the difference between road safety and water safety. If your life is in danger on land, there’s plenty of people who can help you. At sea, it’s a very different story. The billboard shows emergency vehicles at the end of a pier – unable to reach a vehicle at sea. The simple message: “0900 SOS SOS Coastguard”
