Cadbury Old Gold origins in Maya Civilisation

Cadbury Old Gold is presented as the original chocolate found back in the Maya civilisation of Central America in a TV ad launched in Australia. Chocolate bars become symbols of value and worth, replacing gold as currency, leading to violent invasions.

The Cadbury Old Gold ad was developed at Publicis Mojo Melbourne by executive creative producer Darren Spiller, creative director/copywriter Leon Wilson, art directors Christy Peacock, Dave Klein and Josh Robbins, agency producer Corey Esse.
