Cadbury Schweppes is promoting the Boost Totally Nuts bar with a TV ad in which a truck is driven through a forest populated by nut-crazed squirrels.

In a scene reminiscent of the forest attack in Children of Men, squirrel people run through the trees, desperate for a taste of the new chocolate bar.

The Boost ad was developed at The Furnace, Melbourne, by executive creative director John Perry, group creative director Jess Harold, group account director Aminah Hart, account director Emma Esslemont, and agency producer Melissa Wiltshire.
Filming was shot by Michael Duignan via Prodigy Films, with director of photography Duncan Cole and producer Kimberley Vincent.
“It’s got everything I like – action, comedy and a bunch of people in squirrel suits insanely running after a delivery truck”, says Michael Duignan.
Post production was done at Iloura, Melbourne.
Music is Give Up The Funk (Tear the Roof off the Sucker) by 1970s band Parliament, from their 1976 album Mothership Connection.
