Beware of Cars with less than four stars
ANCAP, the Australasian New Car Assessment Program, has a print advertising campaign warning motorists about the dangers of vehicles that have not passed their high standards. Crash test dummies try to escape from technicians in the ANCAP testing facility.
“Beware of cars with less than four stars. ancap.com.au. Crash testing for safety.”
The ANCAP campaign was developed at Marmalade, Melbourne, by creative director Neil Mallet, art director Tim Forte, copywriter Dan Forrestal, illustrator Ashley Bird, photographer Chris Von Menge, with retouching done at Imagenation.
Vehicles tested after January 2008 require electronic stability control to achive five stars.
