A teenage girl is led outside by her parents and shown a hatchback wrapped with a red ribbon. She’s over the moon. “Oh my God!”, she yells over and over again as she jumps around in excitement.

I booked a month and a hlaf in advance for a 1 ton to use for moving and they didnt reserve anything….found this out 2 days before i am supposed to move….employees were useless when they are at fault too!
