Taco Bell promoted steak grilled taquitos in a TV ad launched at the Super Bowl XLI featuring two lions debating the proper pronunciation of carne asada.
Can you smell that? Yeah the campers. I like the guy on the right. No no the steak grilled tacquitos. The carne asada. Carne asada. It’s fun to say… carrrrne asada. Carne asada. No… think sexy… carrrrne asada. Carne Asada. No… sexy… like Ricardo Montalban… Carne Asada. Ricardo Montalban? The voiceover: (Ricardo Montlban) “Taco Bell’s New Steak Grilled Tacquitos with Carne Asada steak. Authentic Carrrne Asada. Think outside the bun.”
