I think it is a great idea and I am excited to see San Francisco put so much into preparing the community for disasters. Do you have a plan to help people leave their home with their personal, legal and financial documents? After facing major disasters personally, I have created a 40 page workbook that allows families and individuals to leave their home in 5 minutes with everything they need to rebuild their lives. If the victims of Hurrican Katrina had used my plan, they could have been relocated easier, with identification, documents, and proof of who they were and what they owned.
