Clorox is promoting its Liquid Plumr product in a series of TV ads in which bathroom users deal with annoying clogs. In each of the advertisements a voice emerges from the drain, teasing, accusing and staining the user. The solution is pouring Liquid Plumr down the drain to flush away all annoyance.
Clorox has removed all online copies of the Clogs advertising campaign.
The Liquid Plumr annoying clog campaign was developed at DDB, San Francisco, by chief creative officer Lisa Bennett, creative director Dustin Smith, art director Natalie Chambers, copywriter Aimee Lehto, agency broadcast producer Mark Tobin.
Editor was Brian Lagerhausen at Filmcore, San Francisco with producer Tracy Colman.
Visual effects were developed at Riot, Los Angeles, produced by Andy Mac and Robert Owens.
