Finding Nemo In Sushi

Saatchi & Saatchi worked with TVNZ to send sushi to media planners and buyers to encourage them to book advertising space in TV2′s Sunday Premier Movies. According to Saatchi & Saatchi’s submission to the 2007 Clio Awards, the sushi gift generated unprecedented enquiries to the sales team, 100% of ad space in this property and 90% recall of the direct marketing.

The Finding Nemo campaign was developed at Saatchi & Saatchi NZ, Auckland, by executive creative director Mike O’Sullivan, creative director Toby Talbot, art directors/copywriters Rosita Rawnsley-Mason, Stacey Lee, Nicci Doak and Angela Bonfiglio, account executives Fleur Head.

The campaign turned up on Ads of the World in August 2006, Adfreak in February 2007 and Boing Boing in March 2007. The ad was shortlisted at the 2007 Clio Awards.
