I am disapointed that the “Peters” brand has gone from the range of icecreams that formerly wore the brand. The only ones which seem to still carry the brand in the freezer are the Icy Poles, Frosty Fruits and Choc Wedges.

The only place you see Peters as a brand these days is on the Freezer itself and on shop windows with the tag “Its magic”

Wonder why they decided to dump one of the biggest and most recognised brand in the country for the more generic “Nestle Icecream”.

It would be like Canbells Foods in the US dumping the Arnotts brand – my hat goes to the short sighted board of Petersville Limited who recommended that shareholders accept the Nestle offer back some years ago – THANKS FOR NOTHING !
