Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, Serbia, commissioned this horoscope to be inserted in popular womens magazines. The text in English: “Cancer doesn`t care about your birth date.” The Avon Foundation raises money to help increase the awareness of breast cancer amongst women in 47 countries around the world. The message here? You won’t find it in the small print. Awareness of breast cancer is an everyday issue, twelve months of the year.
The campaign was developed at New Moment New Ideas, Serbia, by creative director Dragan Sakan, copywriter/art director Ana Cvejic, copywriters Pedja Garasanin and Svetlana Copic, and designer Sladjana Danojevic.
The ad was a nominee at the Magdalena Festival 2006 for “New use of traditional media section“.
