Pirate Pearl M&Ms eaten by Pirates of the Caribbean
Masterfoods USA has launched a new line of M&Ms in conjunction with Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest”. White Chocolate Pirate Pearls are promoted in a television and cinema commercial and in a series of online rules of pirating. Ragetti the Pirate wanders up the beach to find Red and Yellow M&Ms in pirate costume, standing behind a treasure chest full of white Pirate Pearls. Red says to Yellow, “What are you doing? Get in and grab some of these white chocolate M&Ms”. Yellow holds up an arm to reveal a hook, useless for grabbing M&Ms. Ragetti says, “Why don’t you just use the other one, mate?” Yellow holds up the other arm to reveal a peg hand, once again useless for the plunder of M&Ms. “Oh, sorry”, says Ragetti. The super: “Plunder a Bag”.
Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man’s Chest, was directed by Gore Verbinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, with cinematography by Dariusz Wolksi. See the POTC 2 official site and Quicktime Trailer site.
