Breast Cancer Checks Promoted in Supermarket Fruit Stands
Examining one’s breasts is as easy as examining fruit. That’s the message provided in a campaign by Hospital do Câncer, São Paulo, Brazil. Stickers were placed on apples and pears in supermarkets with the message, “Viu? É fácil fazer o auto-exame, Previna-se contra o câncer de mama”, which translated is “See? It is easy to do a self-examination – it’s a prevention against breast cancer”.
