In terms of message it's clear to me that the old shoe repair guy isn't being done out of a job because Clarks shoes are so good but because he's an obnoxious scary old bastard. And I hate to be so literal but who repairs school shoes, kids grow out of them before they need new ones. 6.5 out of 10 Sean.
