HELP!!!!

I’m trying to find information on a pharmaceutical drug seen on a commercial.

Here’s the story:
A man in his 60s is sharing footage of himself walking. It is time lapsed of him rapidly aging and being (mis)-diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He then starts taking a drug and the time lapse then shows his improvement back to his “normal self”. It was aired in the US, in 2005 or early 2006 on very basic (26 channel) cable. (CNN?)
Any assistance will greatly help my friend who is 40 and rapidly declining.
