Do Not Let Breast Cancer Eclipse Your Life

Wall Street Exchange Centre, UAE, has a poster encouraging self-examination for breast cancer. The public service print ad features a lunar eclipse and the words, “Don’t let breast cancer eclipse your life. Examine yourself today.”

Liwa Advertising, Dubai, developed the concept around the idea of breast cancer eclipsing a person’s world. The crescent also bears some resemblance to a round breast – the darkness providing a link to the darkness of cancer in a scan. The poster was designed by creative director Suhas Rege, copywriter Shantesh Row, art directors Vinayak Adate and Sajeev Nair, and graphic artist Tarun Ghosh.

The campaign coincided with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the Annual Women on Wall Street Conference.
